"By adopting a child and helping them reach their potential, they help us reach ours. An adopted child is not an unwanted child; to the contrary. They are a child who was searched for, prayed for, cried for, begged for; received by arms that ached, making empty hearts full. Love is meant to be shared." Author unknown

April 30, 2106 - Zhengzhou to Guangzhou

This morning we ate our final big breakfast!  Since we are using points to pay for our stay at the Marriott, breakfast is not included and at about $30 a person, we chose not to pay for it either.  Peanut butter, the bakery, and McD's will suffice and save us some money!

This is how I found these guys last night!

This was their sleeping arrangement in Zhengzhou.

Selfie!

At about 10 am we set out all our luggage - yes that is 6 bags!

We departed the hotel at about 10:45 and arrived at the airport at about noon.  Our guides have been awesome this entire trip!  We got all our baggage checked, and had to say our goodbyes to them.  Rita and Vivian, thanks so much for taking such good care of us!

Vivian & Rita with our family!

His first plane ride, and likely the first time he has ever had to wear a seat belt.

That look says it all - "what in the world is this?"

Ready for take off - but wait, they are now saying our flight has been delayed - Ugh
We sat for about a half hour more.

Little man couldn't even stay awake for take off.

Finally, made it to Guangzhou and after about an hour bus ride we are at the hotel!!!!

When you go from breakfast to nearly bedtime without another meal - Papa Johns to the rescue!  Needless to say, yes, I ate half a pizza.
